COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

GRIDDLE: Thaw product in refrigeration (40°F) for 24 hours prior to cooking. Preheat griddle to 325°F and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook burger for approximately 3.5-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

SKILLET: Thaw product in refrigeration (40°F) for 24 hours prior to cooking. Preheat a brazing skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Coat pan with oil or non-stick cooking spray. Place ground (from refrigerated state) into pan. With spatula, cook ground while breaking up into desired size. Continue to cook for a total of 4-5 minutes, stirring often. Seasoned ground has finished cooking when evenly browned and shows no signs of pink. Ensure internal temperature of larger pieces reaches 165°F.
